Treat spare packs and power banks as standalone batteries when that is how they are offered for transport.

What a useful SKU file includes
- Commercial SKU and product description
- Battery model, chemistry and Watt-hours
- Battery count and configuration per retail / shipping package
- Applicable test-summary and SDS references
- Normal, new condition versus damaged, defective or returned goods
- Carton count, weight, dimensions and order-level packing plan
- Destination, requested delivery scope and deadline
Returns and damaged goods are not routine outbound cargo
Do not place used, swollen, damaged, defective, recalled or unknown-condition batteries into the normal order flow. Flag them at enquiry stage; prohibitions and special procedures may apply.
