Enquiry

You share route, cargo, weight/volume, docs available, and ready date.

Document review

We review UN 38.3 and SDS / MSDS you supply — we do not issue them.

Mode options

Sea, air, land, and/or courier options that fit your case.

Confirm before booking

You confirm packing, mode, scope and the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule when relevant.

Customer does

  • Provide accurate cargo description and classification best-guess
  • Supply UN 38.3 and SDS / MSDS (from manufacturer/lab)
  • Share packing method, dims/weight, and photos if needed
  • Confirm destination and preferred Incoterms when known
  • Approve the mode and plan before booking

We do

  • Review documents you supply against typical mode expectations
  • Help clarify UN3480 / UN3481 style classification in plain English
  • Outline multi-mode options and restriction flags
  • Assist with DG declaration support for the booking
  • Coordinate after you confirm — without guaranteeing carrier approval

Decision gates

What must be clear before a booking request.

Gate 1 · cargo defined

Chemistry, configuration, model, Watt-hours, quantity and condition are known well enough to review.

Gate 2 · file aligned

Test summary, SDS, product references, packing information and commercial data describe the same shipment.

Gate 3 · route accepted

The selected mode, carrier, origin, destination and handling plan are confirmed case by case.

After booking

The review does not end at confirmation.

Changes to model, packing, quantity, route or condition can invalidate earlier assumptions. Material changes should be rechecked before handoff. See the full pickup-to-delivery journey.

  • Use the approved shipment description and package count
  • Do not substitute a different battery or product model silently
  • Keep required documents available to the relevant parties
  • Report damaged packages or battery-condition changes immediately
  • Follow the confirmed handoff, cut-off and destination instructions
