Written scope, references and milestone updates agreed for the shipment.

Customer provides

Supplier list, arrival windows, battery condition statements, packing standards and merge instructions.

We coordinate

Intake checks against the agreed file, count/record keeping and consolidation timing for the booked mode.

Partners may do

Physical storage and handling at partner or third-party sites when appointed for the shipment.

Boundaries

Battery receiving rules vary; damaged or undeclared exception cargo is not accepted as routine warehouse stock.
