Dalian's battery flow is modest: Dalian MSA recorded 885 TEU of lithium battery exports in the first four months of 2025, and Liaoning's first export under JT/T 1543 left Dayaowan on 4 May 2025. Carriers should refuse batteries that fail JT/T 1543, and a thin flow leaves fewer alternative sailings when a booking is turned down.
What Anxin does: We check JT/T 1543 conformity evidence with the manufacturer before booking and confirm the carrier's acceptance of the UN numbers in writing.

Spring fog season from April to July
The China Meteorological Administration describes sea fog as a major marine hazard in the Yellow and Bohai Seas, with the season mainly from April to July, seriously affecting sea transport. Fog holds keep vessels at anchor, and a late vessel can push the box past its documented sailing.
What Anxin does: In the fog season we avoid tight stuffing-to-cut-off gaps and keep the filing data ready to amend if the vessel changes.

Southwest monsoon on the Arabian Sea, June to September
India's southwest monsoon runs from June to September, bringing rough seas and squally weather to the Arabian Sea that regularly disrupt port operations along the route.
What Anxin does: For June–September sailings we check blocking and bracing strictly on stuffing photos and allow for schedule slippage in the delivery plan.

Batteries for solar and storage need MoIAT certification
The UAE's System for the Control of Renewable Energy Products (Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2020) covers PV modules, inverters, interface protection and cells and batteries. MoIAT requires certification under its ECAS or EQM schemes before these products clear customs, so an energy-storage shipment for Khor Fakkan without it waits on the quay.
What Anxin does: Before booking we ask the UAE importer whether the batteries are sold for renewable-energy use and, if so, for the MoIAT certificate reference, and we match the model list on it against the packing list.

UAE customs asks for more than an invoice: the packing list must give the weight, packing method and HS code of every item, and the certificate of origin has to be approved by a chamber of commerce in China.

Mainland or free zone: the licence has to fit
A UAE import is tied to a trade licence: mainland imports need a licence from the emirate's Department of Economic Development, while a free zone licence covers that free zone only. The consignee on the bill of lading for Khor Fakkan has to hold the licence that matches the goods' destination.
What Anxin does: We check at booking which entity is the consignee, in which emirate or free zone it is licensed, and whether the cargo is for the free zone or the mainland, and put that entity on the bill of lading.
